CONSULTATION REQUIRED for All loc chemical services RETWIST NOT INCLUDED FOR COLOR SERVICES Single Process: Deposit Color over pre lightened locs, Refresh Color Double Process: Lighten Locs & Apply Color in 1 service
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is applied to service and non-refundable if cancelled. If appointment is Rescheduled, deposit will apply to the rescheduled service. Please provide at minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations. No Refunds. All we ask is for you to Communicate with us - if you will be late, please notify at your earliest convienence Appointment is cancelled after 20 minutes late. NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION WITHIN 1 HOUR OF SERVICE= CARD ON FILE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE VALUE NO SHOW CHARGE IS APPLIED TO RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT Two (2)+ no shows will result in temporary suspension from future bookings.
